My business background

Based in West Sussex, my family and I have lived & grown up on the South East coast of England throughout my adult life.

I have worked in the financial services sector in and outside the City for more than 30 years with much of my career in Board roles within dynamic, entrepreneurial national and international businesses.

The role of coaching in my life

I thrive on helping businesses, and the people within them, grow. Nurturing challenging but supportive cultures that balance the needs of colleagues and customers with achievement of organisational goals is an increasingly important concern to the wider business community and to me personally.

This same enthusiasm for personal growth applies outside the workplace. At times throughout my career and life, I have benefited enormously from coaching and other interventions. I know how powerful this support can be and want to play a part helping others realise their ambitions and overcome any glass ceilings.

Coaching qualifications

This passion led me to embark on post-graduate level training with Barefoot Coaching. This high quality programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), of which I am a member.

I believe we all have the capacity to change and make a difference for the benefit of ourselves, our families, our employers & businesses and ultimately wider society. Life can sometimes be confusing and occasionally overwhelming, clouding our ability to see clearly and compromising the best possible version of ourselves. You may not be able to see the answers and my experience will help you find them, giving you clarity, fresh motivation and impetus.
